This information will guide agencies in navigating the procurement process and provide access to procurement related materials. The State Procurement Bureau has implemented a new procurement system, Montana Acquisition and Contracting System (eMACS), which will streamline the procurement process. Agencies will use eMACS for vendor information, compile, submit and view solicitations, and monitor contracts and vendor performance. Agency access to eMACS is only available through ePass. Users who do not have an ePass account will be required to create an account. State Procurement staff will review and approve the registration and users will be notified when approved.
Beginning January 2016, eMACS will require versions of Internet Explorer 9 or later.
